Courtney co-leads the Global Client Portfolio at Edelman – stewarding the firm’s top client relationships – and serves as the Global Client Leader for lululemon, the iconic athletic apparel brand, and Mark Anthony Group, the international drinks company.

In this role, Courtney galvanizes global client teams to drive brand and business impact — connecting Edelman’s extensive expertise to clients’ toughest challenges. She is responsible for elevating client outcomes and driving growth across markets, specialties, solutions, and sectors. 

As a Global Client Partner, Courtney advises CCOs and CMOs on communications strategy; steers integrated teams of practitioners across Brand, Corporate Reputation, Strategy, Creative, PR, Influencer, Social/Digital, and Research and Analytics; and relentlessly pursues breakthrough work that earns attention and action. 

During her 15-year tenure at Edelman, Courtney has held several positions including Chair, U.S. Client Leadership and Global Client Leader for Adobe, PayPal, and eBay. Prior to joining the firm, Courtney worked at both independent (Freud Communications) and Interpublic Group agencies across a roster of notable clients like HarperCollins, A+E Networks, LVMH, American Express, Diageo, and Sony PlayStation. 

Throughout her career, Courtney has consistently led teams to award-winning work recognized by PR Week, Ad Age, PRovoke Media, WARC, Jay Chiat and more. In 2017, she was named to PR Week’s “40 Under 40” list. 

After 20 years in New York City, Courtney now lives in New Orleans with her husband and daughter.
