Jacqueline Lenterman joined Edelman in April 2019 to head the financial and capital markets communications team in Amsterdam. Jacqueline advises public and private companies on M&A, IPOs, investor relations and all capital markets related reputational issues. During her first 6 months at Edelman, Jacqueline and her team supported eyewear retailer GrandVision in the Eur 7bn take-out by EssilorLuxottica.
Prior to joining Edelman, Jacqueline worked at ING Equity Capital Markets, where she was Head of Corporate Broking, supporting and advising all Benelux publicly listed corporates on their investor outreach, including investor targeting, investor feedback, market intelligence and general investor relations advisory work. During her tenure at ING, Jacqueline also worked on a multitude of Dutch IPOs.
Prior to joining ING, Jacqueline was an executive director at Citigate First Financial, a financial communications and investor relations agency, where she advised a publicly listed and privately held companies on M&A, IPO, defence against shareholder activism and general corporate governance issues. Jacqueline also worked as an equity research analyst with JP Morgan in Hong Kong and was head of research in Indonesia for JardineFleming (now JP Morgan) in Indonesia, after which she started her own research boutique in Argentina.
Jacqueline started her career as a lawyer for Baker & McKenzie in Amsterdam. Jacqueline holds a Masters’ degree in Economics from the University of Fribourg (Switzerland) and a Masters’ degree in law from the University of Leiden (the Netherlands)
